All prices on Larollbags.com are in Euros (€) and we only accept Euros . Shoppers have the ability to view prices in USD, CAD, GBP, AUD, JPY and Euro.

Larollbags.com is a company that offers the option to customize your leather bag. Products that are in stock will ship within 1-3 business days while products that will go under customization will ship approximately within 7 business days.

Laroll ships worldwide with DHL EXPRESS and Hellenic Post Office.For some shipments that are in remote areas or countries where excessive postal charges apply we ship with Hellenic Post Office . Deliveries with Hellenic Post Office vary from 2- 4 weeks depending on the shipping country. However, the customer can request to have their order shipped with DHL for faster delivery and not with Hellenic Post Office.

Please provide us a telephone number for delivery purpose with DHL. Your telephone number will not be used for any other reason but it is only required to DHL in case the first attempt for delivery is not successful.

**** Delivery times are subject to change during busy holiday seasons.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO BOX numbers , we will need a full postal address either your residential address or your business address. A signature will be required upon delivery from an authorized recipient.

4. Track your order

For all orders placed on Larollbags.com you will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched and a unique tracking number. You will be able to track the parcel online from www.dhl.com or from the official postal site in case your order was shipped with Hellenic Post Office. A signature will be required upon delivery from an authorized recipient.

5. Import Duties

When ordering from Larollbags.com for delivery outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office.

**Important for US& AUSTRALIAN Customers: As from the 10th March 2016, items for personal use with a value of less than $800 will be free from import duty and taxes. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Larollbags.com, you are considered to be the 'Importer of Record' and as a result you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.

6. Lost or Damaged Goods

All items purchased on larollbags.com are insured against theft and damage at no cost to the customer. Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they are the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer receives an empty or damaged envelope he /she should open the package in presence of the mailman and report the damage immediately and send us a copy of the report.

The customer should contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery at info@larollbags.com and we will ship the stolen/damaged products again to the customer.

7. Packaging

Your order will be shipped in a protective large envelope and it will come with a soft dust bag to ensure that the item is protected during its journey to you, and storage afterward.
