Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

Ship item back within: 3 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Custom orders and can not be returned or exchanged and they are final sale.


** Sale items and special offer products are eligible for returns for store-credit only. Refunds will not be issued for those products.


All returns must be authorized by Larollbags.com prior to return shipping. Please email us at info@larollbags.com with your order details and the reason for the return within 3 days from delivery.


Once your requesthas been confirmed and accepted, you will receive instructions for returning the merchandise. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


All products must be in perfect condition, with all tags in place and unused. We are unable to accept returns on items that are damaged and in this case the items will be shipped back to you, at your own cost.


Once your returns are received and accepted you will receive an email , confirming the accept of your return and you will be refunded within 1-3 business days via the same means by which original payment was made.
