I TRULY want to give this product a 5 STAR… BUT because my 13” laptop will not fit through the zipper opening, I’m unable to do so. 😔. That was the whole reason I purchased the bag and spent that amount of money. With that said, if you do not need your bag to carry a laptop (like me), then please know the item is made very well and of high quality materials. My only suggestion would be to make the zipper opening bigger so the laptop will fit into the bag. 😢

If you’re looking for a neutral bag instead of black, this might just be the choice. It’s that perfect shade of cool grey, that happens to go great with black, shades of blues, charcoal, purples, burgundy, etc.. and will be excellent all year round! It’s really well constructed, and the large size has multiple pockets inside for organization. This is the second handbag in the “Helen” line I’ve purchased, and I couldn’t be happier.
